A fast track project comprised of the Hotel's extension of 50 rooms constructed in two phases. Phase 1 consisted of 22 rooms extension comprising of a basement, ground floor, mezzanine and first floor levels including the construction of a restaurant. Phase 2 consisted of the construction of additional three floors comprising of the remaining 28 rooms and various external works.
