Design and construction of a ‘park along the beach’ along Limassol's main beach road. Foremost in this project was the requirement of a shoreline walkway with a dual purpose of linking the main 5 star tourist hotels whilst simultaneously protecting the beach from further erosion.The central feature of the park, which comprised both with hard and soft landscaping, was the construction of a paved brick walkway, in excess of 4km long, running parallel to and alongside the shoreline. The works among others also included concrete buttresses and foundations, sewage works, bridging, electrical work and lighting.
