The works of the project include demolition works of all existing buildings and the construction of a new LIDL store of an internal area of around 2,200m2 with a metallic roof of around 3% inclination, external thermal facade and shading at the entrance. External works include parking spaces with shades, road and sidewalk works around the perimeter of the store, installation of the various services and the configuration of a green area/park.
