The project’s grounds are enclosed with a secure fence, and a 24-hour video surveillance.

• 5th floor: Garden Terrace with a healthy-food concept restaurant.
• 6th-8th floors: apartments.
• 9th floor: Restaurant with panoramic sea views.
• 10th -12th floors: apartments.
• 13th–14th floors: Continuation from ground level of the Wellness zone and Spa including an indoor Roman style heated pool.
• 15th -17th floors: apartments.
• 18th-23rd floor: 8-bedrooms penthouse apartment with private elevators, a roof garden and a private swimming pool.
